The room had a persistent sweaty odor that just wouldn't go away!!! Humidity made it uncomfortable, and the noise from the traffic was unbearable even with closed windows. Stains on the rugs left a less-than-pleasant impression!!!

I had a wonderful experience at Omo3 Kyoto Toji By Hoshino Resorts. The location was ideal, being a short walk to Kyoto Station. The lobby's self-serve café was delightful, and I particularly enjoyed the themed decorations throughout the hotel.

Walking distance to the railway station made it ideal for exploring, and the warm, welcoming staff offered helpful tips on local attractions. On the downside, the rooms felt quite small compared to similar accommodations in North America, and the pricing can be steep for what’s offered. Convenient access to a nearby Aeon mall enhances the experience for snacks and necessities.

Clean and cozy twin room with easy access to a food bar downstairs and a lovely lounge area. I felt welcomed and cared for when I arrived during a downpour.

I had a memorable 8-night stay with excellent snacks available 24/7 and a cozy lobby vibe, but I found the breakfast offerings a bit lacking.

the hotel is conveniently located near the main transportation hub and various shopping spots. I loved the shopping option with food vouchers, which made breakfast shopping fun. the staff were genuinely kind and helpful, enhancing my stay.

Location was very convenient to visit a couple attractions and the convenience section in the lobby was great, we used it for snacks with the family,, and it was honestly a life saver.

Free wi-fi and 24-hour reception were great, but the air conditioning was noisy.

Comfortable room, great location, offered free wi-fi and luggage storage that made exploring the city so convenient, especially with transportation access being only 45 km from the nearest airport.

The Twin Room was comfy enough, with really nice beds. I loved the spacious layout, which is great for a longer stay. There were some issues with the room being a bit on the smaller side compared to what I'm used to, and I noticed a humid smell that wasn't too pleasant at times. But overall, the room did the job for a quick visit!

the hotel is just a short walk from the amazing Kyoto National Museum and the tranquil Higashi Hongan-ji Temple, making my city strolls so enjoyable and effortless. The friendly staff created a welcoming atmosphere that made my two-week stay truly delightful.
